Learning through challenge - confidence through adventure
Our School Enrichment Days are designed to spark curiosity, build teamwork and leadership kills, and grow confidence. We create hands-on, outdoor experiences that support curriculum goals while giving pupils the chance to discover new skills in a fun and active setting. Whether it’s problem-solving challenges, outdoor adventures, or leadership activities, every day is tailored to your school’s needs and helps pupils develop resilience, creativity, and a sense of achievement.
WHAT DAYS CAN YOU OFFER?
All our days are tailored to the schools needs but examples of what we can offer are listed below. Any of these can be merged and redesigned for you.
WHERE DO THESE DAYS TAKE PLACE?
We can either run these days from your school or you can welcome to join us on the farm in Oxfordshire.
ARE THESE RUN ON LAND OR WATER?
Either. We can either run these as part of a water adventure, for example a canoe journey on the river, or in your setting using your land based facilities.
EXAMPLE PROGRAMMES WE CAN OFFER
NEW BEGINNINGS TEAM BUILDING
Starting a new school, moving up a year group, or joining a sixth form brings both excitement and nerves. Our New Beginnings Team Building days help pupils quickly build friendships, settle into their new environment, and feel part of something bigger. Through a blend of active challenges, problem-solving tasks, and creative group activities, pupils learn to trust, communicate, and support each other. The focus is on inclusion—every pupil has a role, whether they’re confident, quiet, or still finding their feet.
Outcomes:
Build early trust and connections across a new group
Develop confidence in working with unfamiliar peers
Strengthen communication through shared challenges
Create a sense of belonging in the year group
PREFECT AND SIXTH FORM LEADERSHIP
Prefects and Sixth Form play a vital role in shaping the culture of a school. They are role models, mentors, and often the first line of support for younger pupils. Leadership days give them the skills, confidence, and self-awareness to carry those responsibilities effectively.
Through practical challenges and guided reflection, pupils learn how to:
Lead with integrity and credibility
Communicate clearly and with influence
Manage conflict and support their peers
Balance authority with empathy
Build resilience when plans don’t go smoothly
These days are designed to prepare senior pupils not just for their school roles, but for the leadership challenges they will face in higher education, the workplace, and beyond.
Outcomes:
Practise decision-making under pressure
Experience leadership and followership in equal measure
Gain confidence in directing peers and accepting responsibility
Understand how effective leadership builds team success
COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION
Strong communication and effective teamwork are at the heart of success in school, the workplace, and beyond. This day is designed to help pupils recognise the power of clear expression, active listening, and genuine collaboration. Through high-energy group challenges and scenario-based tasks, pupils will:
Experience the impact of poor vs effective communication;
Develop practical strategies for listening, influencing, and building trust;
Work in teams to problem-solve under time pressure;
Reflect on their personal style and how to adapt to others.
The activities are fun, dynamic, and deliberately varied so that every pupil—whether a confident speaker or quiet thinker, has a chance to shine.
Outcomes:
Learn the impact of clear, concise communication
Strengthen collaboration skills in dynamic situations
Build trust through active listening and support
Improve problem-solving through shared input
